Following the steps of his grandfather, Sergio originally began making wine in his home garage in Beaumaris, in 1994. 22 years on, Sergio now creates some of the most well-known wines in the country. Sergio has a firm commitment and dedication to Organics and Biodynamic farming.
A completely certified winery and vineyard in Upper Beaconsfield, Sergio is always happy to share his wisdom on Organics. The Carlei Family Cellar Door and Woodfired pizza restaurant is open each weekend for lunches and tasting, Serving authentic Italian Woodfired pizzas, from the family’s 120-year-old recipe.
